Fat: 53.12g | Prot: 89.08g | Carb: 159.64g.   Breakfast:  1% Low Fat Cottage Cheese, Craisins, field of grains toasted wheat germ, Fish Oil, Glucosamine , Granola - Homemade (1oz), Green Tea, Milled Golden Flaxseed. Lunch:  Green Bean Casserole, Spinach & Red Onion. Dinner:  Barilla Penne Pasta, Bertolli Arrabbiata, pork and chicken italian sausage, Spinach and Herbs Flour Tortillas. Snacks/Other:  Pita Crisps - Zesty Salsa, Sugarless Gum with Xylitol.
