Breakfast: 1% Low Fat Cottage Cheese, field of grains toasted wheat germ, Fish Oil, Glucosamine , Green Tea, Milled Golden Flaxseed, Mueslix Cereal. Lunch: Baby Carrots, Egg, Furikake, Gum, Jasmine Rice, Kung Pao Chicken, Simple Pleasures. Dinner: Chicken Milanese, Garlic Bread, Salad Toppings-Roasted Pecans & Almond Pieces, Sauteed Veggies, Tomato Basil Salad. Snacks/Other: Natural Almond Butter - Maple.
