Fat: 40.32g | Prot: 83.56g | Carb: 186.75g.   Breakfast:  Total 2% Greek Yogurt with Strawberry, Chewy Bars - Oats & Chocolate. Lunch:  Baked or Boiled Polenta, Extra Lean Ground Beef, Plain Crepe, Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, Hearts Of Palm (Canned). Dinner:  Eggplant, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast, Olives, White Rice. Snacks/Other:  Red Raspberries, Blueberries.
