Fat: 40.32g | Prot: 83.56g | Carb: 186.75g.   Breakfast:  Chewy Bars - Oats & Chocolate, Total 2% Greek Yogurt with Strawberry. Lunch:  Baked or Boiled Polenta, Extra Lean Ground Beef, Hearts Of Palm (Canned), Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, Plain Crepe. Dinner:  Eggplant, Olives, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast, White Rice. Snacks/Other:  Blueberries, Red Raspberries.
