Fat: 92.04g | Prot: 40.14g | Carb: 134.03g.   Breakfast:  coffee, cauliflower, artichoke asiago dip, Cauliflower. Lunch:  multigrain bread, zucchinic marmalade, chocolate with sea salt. Dinner:  spinach, strawberries, roast beef, Roast Beef (Lean Only Eaten), creamy poppyseed. Snacks/Other:  red wine.
