Fat: 33.35g | Prot: 82.36g | Carb: 130.98g.   Breakfast:  tomato, onion, advocare spark energy drink, starbucks light mocha frappachino, large eggs. Lunch:  nature's own wheat bread, light mayo, starkist light tuna in water, progresso light vegetable soup. Dinner:  mixed salad greens, italian panko bread crumbs, seedless cucumber, kraft fat free monzarella cheese, egg beaters, boneless skinless chicken breast, Bertoli spicy tomato, kraft three cheese lite dressing, corn. Snacks/Other:  great value 90 calorie granola bae.
