Fat: 33.35g | Prot: 82.36g | Carb: 130.98g.   Breakfast:  advocare spark energy drink, large eggs, onion, starbucks light mocha frappachino, tomato. Lunch:  light mayo, nature's own wheat bread, progresso light vegetable soup, starkist light tuna in water. Dinner:  Bertoli spicy tomato, boneless skinless chicken breast, corn, egg beaters, italian panko bread crumbs, kraft fat free monzarella cheese, kraft three cheese lite dressing, mixed salad greens, seedless cucumber. Snacks/Other:  great value 90 calorie granola bae.
