Fat: 70.76g | Prot: 91.83g | Carb: 236.42g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Apples , Blueberries , Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Fried Egg without Fat, Grapes, Kiwi Fruit, Raspberries, Strawberries . Lunch:  Black Bean Chips, Black Forest Ham, Light Mayonnaise, Live Soda Culture Cola, Natural Sweet Potato Chips, Organic Early Bird Multi Seed Bread, Pepper Jack Cheese, Spicy Brown Mustard, Spinach. Dinner:  Chicken Sope. Snacks/Other:  Guava Goddess Kombucha, Luna Protein Bar - Chocolate, Red Raspberries.
