Fat: 50.98g | Prot: 61.16g | Carb: 142.66g.   Breakfast:  Max Protein Protein Shake, Pecan Nuts, Scrambled Egg, Toasted Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  Baby Carrots, Celery, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich. Dinner:  French Fried Potatoes (Cottage Cut, Par Fried, Frozen), Hamburger on Bun, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables.
