Lunch:  kroger frozen chicken tenderloins, walden farms italian dressing, romaine lettuce, asian sauce. Dinner:  body by vi shake, optimum nutrition, kroger chicken tenderloins. Snacks/Other:  welch's fruit snacks, organic food bar protein, tlc coconut layered bar, almonds, pecans, whole foods dried cherries.
