Lunch:  asian sauce, kroger frozen chicken tenderloins, romaine lettuce, walden farms italian dressing. Dinner:  body by vi shake, kroger chicken tenderloins, optimum nutrition. Snacks/Other:  almonds, organic food bar protein, pecans, tlc coconut layered bar, welch's fruit snacks, whole foods dried cherries.
