Fat: 105.43g | Prot: 75.50g | Carb: 351.88g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Twinkies Golden Sponge Cake with Creamy Filling. Dinner:  Pork Loin (Country-Style Ribs, Lean Only), Coleslaw, old fashion, Macaroni Salad, BBQ Bean Medley with Bacon. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Crisp Organic Energy Bar, Granola with almonds and pecans, instant Oatmeal maple multigrain muffin, Cocoa Original Drink, Crispy Brown Rice Whole Grain Cereal with Mixed Berries, Arctic bars vanilla flavored ice cream bar, Carrot Cake Roll.
