Fat: 105.43g | Prot: 75.50g | Carb: 351.88g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Twinkies Golden Sponge Cake with Creamy Filling. Dinner:  BBQ Bean Medley with Bacon, Coleslaw, old fashion, Macaroni Salad, Pork Loin (Country-Style Ribs, Lean Only). Snacks/Other:  Arctic bars vanilla flavored ice cream bar, Carrot Cake Roll, Chocolate Crisp Organic Energy Bar, Cocoa Original Drink, Crispy Brown Rice Whole Grain Cereal with Mixed Berries, Granola with almonds and pecans, instant Oatmeal maple multigrain muffin.
