Fat: 28.99g | Prot: 78.57g | Carb: 173.14g.   Breakfast:  Cereal, Reduced Fat Milk. Lunch:  beetroot, egg, Low Fat Cheddar Cheese, mayonnaise, white bread. Dinner:  peas, pepper sauce, potatoes, Smoked or Cured Pork Roast. Snacks/Other:  Apples, cherry tomatoes, no fat yogurt, red grapes, tangerine.
