Fat: 47.72g | Prot: 80.77g | Carb: 116.19g.   Breakfast:  Poached Egg, Whole Wheat Bread, Light Butter (Stick with Salt). Lunch:  Tuna in Water (Canned), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Light Mayonnaise, Whole Wheat Bread, Salted Light Butter Stick. Dinner:  coconut, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast, peppers, peas, Biryani Curry Paste. Snacks/Other:  brewed tea, pear, stout, Clementines, Bananas.
