Fat: 47.72g | Prot: 80.77g | Carb: 116.19g.   Breakfast:  Light Butter (Stick with Salt), Poached Egg, Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Light Mayonnaise, Salted Light Butter Stick, Tuna in Water (Canned), Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner:  Biryani Curry Paste, coconut, peas, peppers, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, brewed tea, Clementines, pear, stout.
