Fat: 142.33g | Prot: 87.27g | Carb: 306.74g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, granola cereal, Greek Style Nonfat Yogurt - Strawberry. Lunch:  balsamic dressing, chili's chips, chili's queso, garden salad. Dinner:  bbq ribs, corn, mashed potatoes. Snacks/Other:  apple, cookie cake.
