Fat: 123.75g | Prot: 162.04g | Carb: 72.26g.   Breakfast:  Pomegranate Arils, Butter , Bacon (Cured, Broiled, Pan-Fried or Roasted, Cooked) , Almonds , Water , 4% Small Curd Cottage Cheese, Psyllium Whole Husks, Egg. Lunch:  Provolone Cheese , Cos or Romaine Lettuce , Gourmet Lite Breast of Turkey, Psyllium Whole Husks, Wholly Guacomole. Dinner:  Progresso Traditional Soup- Chicken Cheese Enchilada, Shrimp. Snacks/Other:  100% Whey Protein, Psyllium Whole Husks, Old Wisconsin Beef Snack Sticks, Zen Green Tea, almonds.
