Lunch:  Provolone Cheese , Cos or Romaine Lettuce , Spicy Guacamole, Gourmet Lite Breast of Turkey, Psyllium Whole Husks, Emergen-C Lite, Beef Sticks, Sugarless Gum with Xylitol. Dinner:  Stout, All Meat Original Crust Pizza (Large). Snacks/Other:  Green Tea, Psyllium Whole Husks, Original Irish Cream, keystone light, Topper's Pizza, Topper's Pizza Pepperoni, Barbecue Sauce, Queso Dip, Garlic Butter.
