Fat: 53.65g | Prot: 46.58g | Carb: 129.66g.   Breakfast:  milk. Lunch:  flaxseed oil, grilled chicken, lettuce salad with mixed. Dinner:  chicken mediteranean, corona light beer. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, dark chocolate, kind fruit and nut delight, triscuits.
