Fat: 118.40g | Prot: 130.05g | Carb: 60.10g.   Breakfast:  Blue Diamond unsweetened vanilla almond milk, Body Fortress Super Advanced Vanilla whey protein, Jay Robb premium stevia powder, strawberries. Lunch:  chia seeds (bulk), egg, Johnsonville Brown Sugar & Honey sausages, Kraft shredded colby jack cheese, Pieces & Stems Mushrooms. Dinner:  Alessi puttanesca sauce, beef, cut like stir fry, Kraft Shredded Parmesan Cheese, spaghetti squash. Snacks/Other:  Endulge Peanut Caramel Cluster Bar, Jif crunchy peanut butter, Lowrey's microwave pork rinds, Old Wisconsin sausage snacks, Planters Virginia extra large peanuts.
