Fat: 24.38g | Prot: 31.68g | Carb: 89.18g.   Breakfast:  reduced fat peanut butter, Skimmed Milk, Best of Both Bread. Lunch:  salad, large egg hard boiled, Best of Both Bread, salad dressing. Dinner:  chorizo pilaf. Snacks/Other:  strawberries, ice cream, cadburys chocolate fingers.
