Fat: 44.98g | Prot: 82.00g | Carb: 213.92g.   Breakfast:  Cheerios, Blueberries, Thomas' Bagel Thins - Cinnamon Raisin, Great Value Light Cream Cheese, Milk (Nonfat), V8 Low Sodium V8 100% Vegetable Juice. Lunch:  Activia Light Strawberry Yogurt, Great Value 97% Fat Free Cooked Ham, Sargento Reduced Fat Provolone Cheese Slices, Nature's Own Healthy Multi-Grain Sandwich Rounds, Navels Oranges. Dinner:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Fit & Active Light Ranch Reduced Fat Dressing, Baked Potato (Peel Not Eaten), Blue Bonnet Light Soft Spread Margarine, Giant Eagle Lite Sour Cream, Tilapia (Fish) (Cooked, Dry Heat). Snacks/Other:  Nature Valley Crunchy Granola Bars - Oats 'N Honey, Chocolate Sponge Cake, Chocolate Chip Cookie (Home Recipe or Purchased).
