Lunch:  Activia Light Strawberry Yogurt, Great Value 97% Fat Free Cooked Ham, Nature's Own Healthy Multi-Grain Sandwich Rounds, Navels Oranges, Sargento Reduced Fat Provolone Cheese Slices. Dinner:  Baked Potato (Peel Not Eaten), Blue Bonnet Light Soft Spread Margarine, Fit & Active Light Ranch Reduced Fat Dressing, Giant Eagle Lite Sour Cream, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Tilapia (Fish) (Cooked, Dry Heat). Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Chip Cookie (Home Recipe or Purchased), Chocolate Sponge Cake, Nature Valley Crunchy Granola Bars - Oats 'N Honey.
