Fat: 57.06g | Prot: 67.19g | Carb: 247.19g.   Breakfast:  blueberries, cheerios, great value light cream cheese, non fat milk, thomas bagel thins, V8 juice. Lunch:  activia light, fiber one chocolate fudge brownie, navel orange, Vegetable Soup (Home Recipe). Dinner:  beets, betty crocker roasted garlic mashed potatoes, pork loin. Snacks/Other:  blue bunny big fudge bar, Double Stuf Heads or Tails.
