Fat: 53.20g | Prot: 54.55g | Carb: 286.89g.   Breakfast:  Tea (Brewed) , Tea (Brewed) , Autumn Wheat Abundantly Delicious Organic Whole Wheat Biscuits Cereal, Organic Fat Free Milk, Raw Pecan Halves, California Thompson Seedless Raisins. Lunch:  Organic Multigrain Bread, Earth Balance Natural Buttery Spread Original, Yeast Extract, Nissin Top Ramen Noodle Soup Oriental, Potato Chips. Dinner:  Sushi with Vegetables rolled in Seaweed, Miso Soup. Snacks/Other:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Regular Beer , Nutty chocoate chewy coated & drizzled granola bars, Rum, Rum, Rum, Coca-Cola Classic (100 Calorie).
