Fat: 30.41g | Prot: 55.10g | Carb: 230.11g.   Breakfast:  sugar, Tea. Lunch:  Homemade vegetable soup, Turkey breast, cantelope melon, Sockeye Salmon, Dempsters whole wheat bread, Bakeshop Oatmeal Cookies. Dinner:  Small garden salad, Yoplait source tango yogurt, I can't believe it's not butter, Dempsters whole wheat bread, Chicken Chili, Tea, Bakeshop Oatmeal Cookies, apple, sugar, Wishbone lite italian dressing. Snacks/Other:  Orange soda.
