Fat: 36.36g | Prot: 67.21g | Carb: 109.40g.   Breakfast:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Mixed Salad Greens. Lunch:  Cooked Broccoli (from Fresh), Macaroni or Noodles with Cheese, Steamed or Boiled Shrimp. Dinner:  Cooked Broccoli (from Fresh), Extra Firm Silken Tofu, Quinoa (Cooked). Snacks/Other:  Pinot Gris (Grigio) Wine.
