Fat: 37.99g | Prot: 72.66g | Carb: 68.44g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Josette's egg , water. Lunch:  beef gravy, beet, green beans. Dinner:  Beef Tenderloin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Green Snap Beans, Red Table Wine. Snacks/Other:  grape tomato.
