Fat: 55.60g | Prot: 85.78g | Carb: 141.65g.   Breakfast:  water crackers, carrs, white cheddar. Lunch:  organic mashed potatoes, brown gravy, hamburger meat, lima beans. Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Scallops, rainbow roll, salad, red wine. Snacks/Other:  Red Tomatoes, Green Bell Pepper, Ginger Dressing.
