Fat: 54.24g | Prot: 96.86g | Carb: 96.21g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Josette's Egg Casserole, Original Beef Steak (50 Calorie Pack). Lunch:  Ginger Dressing, organic mixed greens, roast turkey. Dinner:  dulce de leche ice cream, Kosher Zesty Garlic Pickle, Sugar Free Apple Sauce Cup. Snacks/Other:  Flatbreads with Blended Seeds, Natural Cheese, tostito restaurant salsa.
