Fat: 38.16g | Prot: 97.67g | Carb: 58.91g.   Breakfast:  broccoli, cheddar, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), low sodium low fat chicken broth. Lunch:  chopped spinach, Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat), lima beans. Snacks/Other:  atkins chocolate peanut butter bar, bell pepper, ceasar, grilled chicken, mozzarella, romaine lettuce.
