Fat: 22.58g | Prot: 132.09g | Carb: 112.02g.   Breakfast:  100% Liquid Egg Whites, Activia Light Strawberry Yogurt, All Natural Chunky Salsa (Mild), Eggstirs, Fat Free Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Hass Avocado, Healthfull Nutty Grain Bread, six star whey isolate protein vanilla. Lunch:  Gala Apple, Low Sodium Turkey Breast, Mixed Salad Greens. Dinner:  Grilled Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Hearts of Romaine, Natural Crumbled Feta Cheese, Roasted Red Peppers. Snacks/Other:  Almond Plus Unsweetened, P90X Peak Performance Protein Bars - Cafe Mocha, Whey Isolate Elite Series - Decadent Chocolate.
