Fat: 22.58g | Prot: 132.09g | Carb: 112.02g.   Breakfast:  Activia Light Strawberry Yogurt, six star whey isolate protein vanilla, 100% Liquid Egg Whites, Fat Free Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, All Natural Chunky Salsa (Mild), Eggstirs, Hass Avocado, Healthfull Nutty Grain Bread. Lunch:  Low Sodium Turkey Breast, Gala Apple, Mixed Salad Greens. Dinner:  Roasted Red Peppers, Hearts of Romaine, Grilled Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Natural Crumbled Feta Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Almond Plus Unsweetened, Whey Isolate Elite Series - Decadent Chocolate, P90X Peak Performance Protein Bars - Cafe Mocha.
