Fat: 50.40g | Prot: 85.60g | Carb: 188.05g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Original Powder Creamer, Zero Calorie Sweetener with Saccharin. Lunch:  Riceland Extra Long Grain Brown Rice, Sweet and Sour Pork. Dinner:  Kraft Miracle Whip Dressing, Meijer Light Hamburger Buns, Onions, Salsa, StarKist Foods Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water, Tostitos Baked Tostitos Scoops, Vlasic Sweet Relish. Snacks/Other:  Twinkies Golden Sponge Cake with Creamy Filling.
