Fat: 41.96g | Prot: 70.90g | Carb: 202.48g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Coffee, Dannon Light & Fit Yogurt - Toasted Coconut Vanilla, Original Powder Creamer, Zero Calorie Sweetener with Saccharin. Lunch:  Broccoli, Cauliflower, Earthbound Farm Organic Baby Lettuces, Grape Tomatoes, Meijer Low Fat Small Curd Cottage Cheese, Pineapple, Sweet Red Peppers, T. Marzetti Company All Natural Light Balsamic Vinaigrette. Dinner:  Riceland Extra Long Grain Brown Rice, Sweet and Sour Pork. Snacks/Other:  Twinkies Golden Sponge Cake with Creamy Filling.
