Fat: 43.80g | Prot: 89.55g | Carb: 199.35g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Boiled Egg, Coffee, Dannon Light & Fit Yogurt - Raspberry, Original Powder Creamer, Zero Calorie Sweetener with Saccharin. Lunch:  Green String Beans, I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Light Vegetable Oil Spread, Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Smoked or Cured Ham (Lean and Fat Eaten). Dinner:  Fried Egg without Fat, Hungry Jack Complete Buttermilk Pancake and Waffle Mix, IHOP at Home Sugar Free Syrup, Smoked or Cured Ham (Lean and Fat Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Plums.
