Fat: 28.28g | Prot: 82.22g | Carb: 206.87g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Original Powder Creamer, Zero Calorie Sweetener with Saccharin, Bananas, Light & Fit Yogurt - Blueberry (6 oz), Boiled Egg. Lunch:  Turkey Chili, Low Fat Small Curd Cottage Cheese. Dinner:  Spaghetti Pasta, Fresh Mushroom Pasta Sauce, Kraft Cheese Parmesan & Romano Medium 100% Grated, Reduced Fat Crescent Rolls.
