Lunch:  Low Fat Small Curd Cottage Cheese, Turkey Chili. Dinner:  Fresh Mushroom Pasta Sauce, Kraft Cheese Parmesan & Romano Medium 100% Grated, Reduced Fat Crescent Rolls, Spaghetti Pasta.
