Fat: 35.93g | Prot: 132.63g | Carb: 175.30g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Milk (2% reduced fat with Added Vitamin A & D, Original Powder Creamer, Raisin Bran Crunch, Zero Calorie Sweetener with Saccharin. Lunch:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Light Whole Grain Bread, Miracle Whip Dressing. Dinner:  Cooked Sauerkraut, Light Sour Cream, Pork Loin (Tenderloin, Lean Only), Potato & 5 Cheese Blend Pierogies.
