Fat: 72.67g | Prot: 64.93g | Carb: 300.70g.   Breakfast:  Craisins, Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal, Mocha Frappuccino (9.5 oz), Panettone. Lunch:  chicken enchilada. Dinner:  alfredo sauce, green beans, grilled chicken, penne pasta, spice cake. Snacks/Other:  Cinnfully Sweet Bagel Chips, Lindor Dark Chocolate Truffles, navel orange.
