Fat: 57.73g | Prot: 74.01g | Carb: 107.40g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds, Decaffeinated), Garelick Farms Half & Half, Bananas, Trader Joe's Raw Brazil Nuts. Lunch:  Seafood Salad, Yellow Sweet Corn (Kernels Cut Off Cob, Frozen), Goya Black Beans, Trader Joe's Brown Rice Medley, Apples. Dinner:  Potato, Sour Cream, Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, Hormel Real Bacon Bits 50% Less Fat, Green Giant Fresh Baby Cut Carrots, Chicken Leg (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Smucker's Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, Chobani Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt (Container), Strawberries, Raspberries.
