Fat: 57.73g | Prot: 74.01g | Carb: 107.40g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds, Decaffeinated), Garelick Farms Half & Half, Trader Joe's Raw Brazil Nuts. Lunch:  Apples, Goya Black Beans, Seafood Salad, Trader Joe's Brown Rice Medley, Yellow Sweet Corn (Kernels Cut Off Cob, Frozen). Dinner:  Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, Chicken Leg (Skin Not Eaten), Green Giant Fresh Baby Cut Carrots, Hormel Real Bacon Bits 50% Less Fat, Potato, Sour Cream. Snacks/Other:  Chobani Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt (Container), Raspberries, Smucker's Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, Strawberries.
