Lunch:  Yellow Sweet Corn (Kernels Cut Off Cob, Frozen), Goya Black Beans, Trader Joe's Brown Rice Medley, Apples, Shrimp, Zucchini, Summer Squash, Bananas, Smucker's Natural Creamy Peanut Butter. Dinner:  Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, Green String Beans, Tilapia (Fish), Potato, Sour Cream, Hormel Real Bacon Bits 50% Less Fat. Snacks/Other:  Chobani Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt (Container), Strawberries, Raspberries, Grape Tomatoes, Bell Peppers, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Kroger 50/50 Blend Baby Spinach & Spring Mix, Green Giant Fresh Baby Cut Carrots, Cucumber (with Peel), Newman's Own Lite Honey Mustard Dressing, Bananas.
