Lunch:  Baby Spinach, Bell Peppers, Celery, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Cucumber (with Peel), Mayonnaise (No Cholesterol), Mixed Salad Greens, Navels Oranges, Radishes, ShopRite Bacon Ranch Dressing, Trader Joe's Raw Almonds, Wegmans Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water. Dinner:  Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, Chicken Leg (Skin Not Eaten), Goya Small Red Beans, Trader Joe's 10 Minute Barley, Trader Joe's 10 Minute Bulgur, Trader Joe's Whole Wheat Couscous, Yellow Sweet Corn (Kernels Cut Off Cob, Frozen). Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Chobani Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt (Container), Plum, Raspberries, Smucker's Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, Strawberries.
