Lunch:  Celery, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Mixed Salad Greens, Baby Spinach, Cucumber (with Peel), Bell Peppers, Radishes, ShopRite Bacon Ranch Dressing, Wegmans Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water, Mayonnaise (No Cholesterol), Navels Oranges, Trader Joe's Raw Almonds. Dinner:  Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, Trader Joe's Whole Wheat Couscous, Yellow Sweet Corn (Kernels Cut Off Cob, Frozen), Chicken Leg (Skin Not Eaten), Goya Small Red Beans, Trader Joe's 10 Minute Barley, Trader Joe's 10 Minute Bulgur.
