Lunch:  Blackberries, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Celery, Cheddar Cheese, Chobani Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt (Container), Olive, Pickle or Pimiento Luncheon Loaf, Smucker's Natural Chunky Peanut Butter, Strawberries, T. Marzetti Ranch Veggie Dip. Dinner:  Beef Top Round (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, GreenLine Beans & Carrots, Land O'Lakes Unsalted Sweet Cream Butter, Sweet Potato. Snacks/Other:  Clementines, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds, Decaffeinated), Garelick Farms Light Cream.
