Fat: 63.49g | Prot: 89.40g | Carb: 141.95g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Pears, Trader Joe's Raw Whole Cashews, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds, Decaffeinated), Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk. Lunch:  Provolone Cheese, Corned Beef, Earth's Pride Organics Baby-Cut Carrots, Celery, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Cedar's Classic Original Hommus, Chobani Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt (Container), Strawberries, Blueberries, Apples. Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Kikkoman Low Sodium Teriyaki Sauce, Birds Eye Stir-fry Vegetables, Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
