Fat: 123.14g | Prot: 132.40g | Carb: 189.58g.   Breakfast:  apple, banana, raw almonds trader joe's. Lunch:  american cheese, bell pepper, decaf coffee, egg, ham, hood half and half, potato, splenda. Dinner:  asparagus, blue diamond unsweetened vanilla almond milk, chicken leg, unsalted butter. Snacks/Other:  baby cut carrots, blackberries, cauliflower, cedar's original hummus, celery, cheddar cheese, clementine, decaf coffee, light cream, plain nonfat greek yogurt, sara lee low-sodium honey ham, strawberries, swiss cheese, unsalted creamy peanut butter trader joe's.
