Fat: 123.14g | Prot: 132.40g | Carb: 189.58g.   Breakfast:  apple, banana, raw almonds trader joe's. Lunch:  egg, bell pepper, ham, american cheese, decaf coffee, hood half and half, splenda, potato. Dinner:  chicken leg, asparagus, unsalted butter, blue diamond unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Snacks/Other:  unsalted creamy peanut butter trader joe's, clementine, celery, cauliflower, baby cut carrots, cedar's original hummus, sara lee low-sodium honey ham, swiss cheese, blackberries, plain nonfat greek yogurt, strawberries, cheddar cheese, light cream, decaf coffee.
