Fat: 82.17g | Prot: 87.33g | Carb: 167.94g.   Breakfast:  apple, banana, unsalted creamy peanut butter trader joe's. Lunch:  sara lee low sodium honey ham, swiss cheese, clementine, baby carrots, cauliflower, Ranch Veggie Dip, celery. Dinner:  idaho potato, ground beef, frozen corn, blue diamond unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Snacks/Other:  unsalted peanuts trader joe's, plain nonfat greek yogurt, blackberries, strawberries, raw sliced almonds trader joe's.
