Lunch:  Roast Beef (Lean Only Eaten), Pickled Beets, Borden Fat Free American Cheese Singles, V8 V-Fusion Peach Mango Juice, Sara Lee Honey Wheat Bread, Best Choice Best Choice Salad Dressing, Turkey Sandwich. Dinner:  Ground Sirloin 90/10, hamburger bun, Steak Fries. Snacks/Other:  Sugar, Con Agra tapioca pudding snack pack con agra, Herbal Tea, Frozen Blueberries, Honey Nut with Whole Grain Cheerios, 1% Fat Milk, honey graham Crackers, Sliced Peaches.
