Fat: 66.93g | Prot: 91.13g | Carb: 262.55g.   Breakfast:  Bananas , Whey Protein, Greek Style Nonfat Yogurt - Plain, Unsweetened Frozen Strawberries, Multi Grain Toaster Waffles, Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, Sugar Free French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer, Skim or Nonfat Milk (Calcium Fortified). Dinner:  Brown Rice, Pinto Beans. Snacks/Other:  Soy & Flaxseed Tortilla Chips, Pears, 72% Dark Chocolate Bar.
