Fat: 85.94g | Prot: 134.75g | Carb: 383.12g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Extra Dark Chocolate, Fuji Apples, Herbal Tea, Oatmeal with Fruit. Lunch:  Bananas, Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo, Fuji Apples, Mangos. Dinner:  Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Chipotle Gourmet Flaked White Tuna, Lettuce Salad with Cheese, Tomato and/or Carrots. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Bananas, Excellence 70% Cacao, Extra Dark, Gala Apples, Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Greek Yogurt 2%, Navels Oranges, Raisins (Seedless), Rosemary & Sea Salt Artisan Crisps, Toasted Asiago Snack Crackers.
