Fat: 47.66g | Prot: 101.58g | Carb: 367.17g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Extra Dark Chocolate, Fuji Apples, Herbal Tea, Oatmeal with Fruit. Lunch:  Bananas, Blueberries, Fuji Apples, Sesame Chicken, Yogourt. Dinner:  Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Lettuce Salad with Cheese, Tomato and/or Carrots, Sweet Potato. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Extra Dark, Gala Apples, Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Greek Yogurt 2%, Herbal Tea, Navels Oranges, Raisins (Seedless).
