Fat: 47.66g | Prot: 101.58g | Carb: 367.17g.   Breakfast:  Extra Dark Chocolate, Herbal Tea, Oatmeal with Fruit, Bananas, Fuji Apples. Lunch:  Sesame Chicken, Fuji Apples, Bananas, Blueberries, Yogourt. Dinner:  Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Lettuce Salad with Cheese, Tomato and/or Carrots, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Sweet Potato. Snacks/Other:  Greek Yogurt 2%, Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Bananas, Herbal Tea, Raisins (Seedless), Extra Dark, Gala Apples, Navels Oranges.
