Fat: 50.24g | Prot: 99.09g | Carb: 382.02g.   Breakfast:  Fuji Apples, Raisins, Rolled Oats, Yogourt. Lunch:  Bananas, Fuji Apples, Ziti Marinara with Meatballs and Cheese. Dinner:  Butternut Winter Squash, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Lettuce Salad with Cheese, Tomato and/or Carrots, Morocan Chicken with Tomatoes and Zucchini, Vinegar. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Bananas, Dried Apricot, Extra Dark, Gala Apples, Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Greek Yogurt 2%, Jumbo Thompson Raisins, Navels Oranges, Raisins (Seedless).
