Fat: 64.85g | Prot: 107.62g | Carb: 307.71g.   Lunch:  Bananas, Chunk Light Tuna, Extra Dark Chocolate, Fuji Apples, Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Navels Oranges, Oatmeal with Fruit. Dinner:  Avocados, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Lentils and Spiced Rice, Lettuce Salad with Cheese, Tomato and/or Carrots, Salmon, Vinegar. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Carrots, Extra Dark, Gala Apples, Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Greek Yogurt 2%, Peanut Brittle, Raisins (Seedless).
