Dinner: Avocados, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Lentils and Spiced Rice, Lettuce Salad with Cheese, Tomato and/or Carrots, Salmon, Vinegar. Snacks/Other: Bananas, Carrots, Extra Dark, Gala Apples, Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Greek Yogurt 2%, Peanut Brittle, Raisins (Seedless).
