Fat: 55.56g | Prot: 118.07g | Carb: 422.92g.   Breakfast:  Rolled Oats, Yogourt, Raisins, Extra Dark Chocolate, Bananas, Fuji Apples, Navels Oranges. Lunch:  Blueberries, Chicken Fettuccine, Fuji Apples, Bananas. Dinner:  Vinegar, Lettuce Salad with Cheese, Tomato and/or Carrots, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sauted Shrimp with White Wine and Feta, Lentil Soup with Tomatoes and Spinach. Snacks/Other:  Dried Pineapple, Pears, Gala Apples, Greek Yogurt 2%, Extra Dark, Raisins (Seedless), Grapefruit (Pink and Red).
