Fat: 73.08g | Prot: 101.99g | Carb: 316.97g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Extra Dark Chocolate, Herbal Tea, Rolled Oats, Yogourt. Lunch:  Bananas, Fuji Apples, Meat Lasagna, Yogourt. Dinner:  Avocados, Chicken Breast with Spinach and Feta, Chickpeas with Spinach, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Lettuce Salad with Cheese, Tomato and/or Carrots, Vinegar. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Extra Dark, Gala Apples, Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Greek Yogurt 2%, Raisins (Seedless).
