Fat: 75.86g | Prot: 94.31g | Carb: 363.57g.   Breakfast:  Yogourt, Oatmeal, Herbal Tea, Bananas, Fuji Apples. Lunch:  Bananas, Navels Oranges, Chicken A L'orange, Extra Dark Chocolate. Dinner:  Vinegar, Lettuce Salad with Cheese, Tomato and/or Carrots, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Brown Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked), Chicken Curry, Avocados. Snacks/Other:  Herbal Tea, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Gala Apples, Bananas, Greek Yogurt 2%, Extra Dark, Raisins (Seedless), Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Ginger Snap Cookies.
