Fat: 75.86g | Prot: 94.31g | Carb: 363.57g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Fuji Apples, Herbal Tea, Oatmeal, Yogourt. Lunch:  Bananas, Chicken A L'orange, Extra Dark Chocolate, Navels Oranges. Dinner:  Avocados, Brown Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked), Chicken Curry, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Lettuce Salad with Cheese, Tomato and/or Carrots, Vinegar. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Extra Dark, Gala Apples, Ginger Snap Cookies, Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Greek Yogurt 2%, Herbal Tea, Raisins (Seedless).
