Fat: 80.73g | Prot: 89.92g | Carb: 399.61g.   Breakfast:  Fuji Apples, Bananas, Yogourt, Extra Dark Chocolate, Rolled Oats. Lunch:  Gourmet Steamers Grilled Balsamic Chicken, Fuji Apples, Bananas. Dinner:  Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Lettuce Salad with Cheese, Tomato and/or Carrots, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Sauteed Chicken Breast in Red Wine Tomato Sauce, Brown Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked). Snacks/Other:  Dried Papaya, Digestive Cookies, Extra Dark, Bananas, Gala Apples, Raisins (Seedless), Greek Yogurt 2%, Navels Oranges, Ginger snap, Herbal Tea, Chocolate Chip Cookies.
