Fat: 80.73g | Prot: 89.92g | Carb: 399.61g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Extra Dark Chocolate, Fuji Apples, Rolled Oats, Yogourt. Lunch:  Bananas, Fuji Apples, Gourmet Steamers Grilled Balsamic Chicken. Dinner:  Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Brown Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Lettuce Salad with Cheese, Tomato and/or Carrots, Sauteed Chicken Breast in Red Wine Tomato Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Digestive Cookies, Dried Papaya, Extra Dark, Gala Apples, Ginger snap, Greek Yogurt 2%, Herbal Tea, Navels Oranges, Raisins (Seedless).
